A Better Way to Upgrade Your Home Heating & Energy Systems

Many homeowners exploring heat pumps or solar energy systems want to be sure the installation is designed properly and will actually work in their home.

You might be wondering things like:

Will a heat pump really heat my home well?

Is my property even good for a heat pump or solar?

Is the installation going to be a larger project than anticipated?

How can I trust that the system will be designed right?

These are valid concerns, and they almost always come down to one thing: design. Every system we install starts with a room-by-room heat loss calculation or property assessment, not a sizing tool. You receive the full design before any work is ordered. The scope is fixed at the survey stage, so the quote you sign is the price you pay.

Components are specified to match the design, not substituted on the day. Commissioning is carried out against the Blueprint, not factory defaults. And we stay reachable after handover, with 12 months of support and the first annual service included.

Requirements regarding planning permission can vary from area to area. Domestic air source heat pumps sometimes need planning consent, therefore you will need to check with your local authority to find out whether you’ll need this permission or not.

In England, Scotland or Northern Ireland, the installation of a domestic air source heat pump may come under “Permitted Development”. The requirements, however, vary widely from country to country and we can advise you on how to proceed. If your installation does not come under “Permitted Development”, we will assist you in gaining the required permissions.

If the installation is to be carried out in Wales, you must obtain planning permission for your air source heat pump. Please consult with your local authority and we will assist you in gaining permission.
