Solid screed is the most cost competitive and efficient way of installing underfloor heating systems. Although this does lean towards new builds more, it can be worked into renovation builds as well.

The main advantage is its low installation height. You can easily fit different floor coverings on to it – depending on the customer’s individual requirements. Therefore, brings excellent living comfort even to renovated houses

Joisted underfloor heating consists of lifting your floor boards, notching the joists beneath them, and running warm water pipe through Aluminium Spreader Plates. You can then run the floor heating at temperatures of 50 – 55°C and enjoy the unparalleled comfort without needing to add any build up height to your project.

Our Rapid Response underfloor heating is the most popular system we sell. Offering the most control, convenience, comfort and efficiency with the lowest running costs of any heating system. It’s hassle free to install and ideal for new builds and older homes being updated or renovated. 

Consisting of our pipes fixed in Rapid Response boards that sit between the structural base and floor finish. The system is easy to install and easy to control.  Rooms become cosy quickly using the lowest possible water temperatures (30-45°C.)
